During the summer months there’s a beautiful, refreshing 30’ x 50’ pool located adjacent to the clubhouse that’s available to residents and guests of both the Warwick Meadows and Warwick Village Condominium communities. The pool area is furnished with tables, chairs, umbrellas and lounges. Several tables are located on the covered deck overlooking the pool for those who would rather relax in the shade. Restrooms are accessible from the deck adjacent to the pool. The pool is staffed by certified lifeguards during hours of operation. The local ice cream truck usually visits the pool during the afternoon for some sweet, cold treats!

All homeowners must present their pool passes in order to gain access to the pool. Passes are distributed in May after Pool Pass Applications have been completed and forwarded to the Homeowners’ Office.

May 25, 2024 – **Weekends only until June 28th 2024**

June 28th Through Labor Day:

Weekdays (M-F):  11:00am – 7:00pm

Weekend (Sat-Sun):  11:00am – 6:00pm

A flag system is in use making the status of the pool easily identifiable:

Green flag: Open

Yellow flag: Closed temporarily (ie thunder)

Red flag: Closed
