The clubhouse serves as both a meeting hall and the Homeowner’s Office. The spacious room can be rented by homeowners or tenants of either the Warwick Village Condominium or Warwick Meadows complex. The space has a full kitchen, restrooms, tables and chairs for approximately 50-60 guests. The rental fee for the clubhouse is $85. A $150 refundable security deposit is required when scheduling your event. Dates not available for rental will be noted on the Calendar of Events. If interested in renting, complete the Clubhouse Rental Agreement and send to the Homeowners’ Office with the security deposit.
